"The customer service is REMARKABLE!!! I was having trouble with a product and contacted them for assistance. The first person that answered the phone took care of me - no transferring me to other departments or having fill out an e-mail request. The agent took time to fully understand the problem and offered to send me a new, replacement product that day. Again, no hoops to jump through, no receipts to mail in, I didn't even need to return the defective product. I called in the problem on Friday and received the replacement on Monday! This is an example to all companies about how to handle a customer. Fantastic!!!!"
