"We love working with this website. I purchased garlands that were supposed to be made with plastic but I found that they are actually acrylic and look like glass. We made a large chandelier out of them for my daughter's wedding. The crystals were really reflective and you couldn't tell that they were not more expensive. "We planned a rather large Sweet 16 for our daughter. She had one tiny request--she loves bistro lights. I checked into renting them and found that if we purchased them, they were cheaper! I was so excited to find them at a reasonable price at Shopwildthings.com. The banquet facility loved them so much that they asked to keep them. I called late on a Wednesday and had them by Friday. They were packaged very well. I spoke to one person who was very helpful and sent me links to look at two different types of lights. After we decorated for the party, I needed more and spoke to someone else. I was able to get them very quickly and was very pleased with the customer service. Our daughter was overjoyed and we were too! I have since become part of Shopwildthings email list and find myself browsing their site frequently. I cannot believe all the products they carry and how reasonable their items are! I learned also that they provide lighting for many of the big events in LA. "
"We bought decorations for a large corporate function from ShopWildThings.com. The crystal drapes beaded curtains were beautiful. We bought matching candle holders, beaded centerpieces and LED lights. The party was gorgeous. We had to call customer service to check on the delivery date because we ordered late and were informed that the order shipped the same day that we placed our order, which was a nice surprise. "I bought 2 different items for Shop Wild Things and I am completely not happy at all.
I bought 6 manzanita branches and 2 packs of ice imitation in clear, each pack contained 144 pieces. A couple days later I was notified that even though the system had allowed me to place the order they did not have the packs of 144 in stock. I asked why the system had let me (again days earlier) and they said their is a delay in there system so okay I talked it out with the customer service agent and they told me they would send me 6 packs of 48 (comes out t exactly 288 which i what I originally bought). Technically 6 packs of 48 would of been MORE than what I paid but they said she would send.
When I received my package I had a broken bag of the ice imitation and I was 45 pieces short. I counted because of the broken bag and because I needed a certain amount for an event I am doing. I realized that the 5 unbroken bags actually only had 42 pieces and my 1 broken bag only came with 33 pieces causing the 45 pieces less.
My biggest concern here is that I put reviews up on the website of BOTH products I ordered from them (over a month ago) the manzanita tree branch review being all good and the review on the ice imitation explaining the same as above and NEITHER review is on the website still. I looked through and NO product has a review which explains because they DO NOT publish the reviews clients actually leave.
This to me isn't right and I do not agree with it. "
