First, they had the best price I could find anywhere on a bed I was looking for. I ordered the bed for my son's birthday and it wasn't scheduled to arrive until about 1 week after his birthday. I contacted customer service and they did everything in their power to get it to me as quickly as possible without extra fees.
The representative I dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to order from them again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!"
