"I placed an order on 2/18 and THEY canceled it and said a credit was issued. That was a lie, I had to dispute the charge. Then on February 20th, because I really wanted what I ordered I tried to place the order again but nothing happened on the website, so I tried another time and nothing happened (no confirmation, no email, NOTHING). But when I checked my credit card there were 3 charges for the same item. So again because of either a bad website or shady company practices, I had to dispute 2 more charges on my credit card. I looked at the website and see the charges and notes that say "credit issued". I sent 4 emails to them asking what was happening with my order and credit card charges. It has been 10 days and I've heard NOTHING from them. Luckily, I have a credit card company that stands by me and won't hold me accountable for the bad business practices of this company. There are a total of FOUR charges for the same thing on my credit card. This company is SHADY, SHADY, SHADY. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. In fact, AVOID them until they get things fixed. I've tried calling them and no one answers. This is HORRIBLE. It's too bad because they advertise good prices. But don't deliver good service."
"When I requested a quote from the company and sent back the PO, after weeks of waiting on my items to arrive, I reached out to them. First, I was told that they didn't have my order. Then told that it's with the "net 30" department [accounting], then I was told that there's a hold up in shipping. Finally, after weeks of them being unable to keep a story straight, I decided to call them every day. Finally, they sent it, and subsequently, left 6 items off. When I contacted them, they initially acted as if they cared. Now they don't even bother to respond. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY company!!!"

I got my order in front of me before calling customer service and realized that I had ordered the wrong size in error. When I searched their site for legal size, I got one letter size result as well but did not notice the size when placing the order. When I called customer service, I explained the mistake and asked if I could return the item and what it would cost. The very helpful customer service agent said that it was not a problem. I could keep the item and they would issue a courtesy refund that I could expect to see in 3-5 days. Not only did the refund appear on my account the same day, the replacements I ordered shipped the same day as well. I could not ask for better customer service and have found a vendor that I plan to use for more of my office supplies."
