"I ordered my bridal tiara from them because it was far cheaper than other retailers. If I liked it and the company I figured that I would order other items I needed. I ordered and in stock item, over three weeks ago. They sure knew how to charge my card the day after I placed the order, but I have yet to receive my order. Their website only gives an e-mail contact. I wrote to them and my email was bounced back as undeliverable. I've tried contacting them again. Right now it's just a waiting game. Their sheer lack of customer service means that I will be ordering everything else from other retailers even if it does cost more. The only reason I'm not giving them one star is that I still hold out hope that I'll receive my order."

"I purchased a necklace and earring set from this company last March/April 2012. At a price of $82.90, I felt the jewelry would be higher quality, but the first set I received was damaged as some of the stones had fallen out of the necklace. The first necklace delivered also was not the correct one I ordered. I sent it back, asking for my shipping to be reimbursed, which the vendor assured me they would do. The next necklace came damaged also, and I had to put together the clasp portion that had apparently come apart in shipping. I didn't anticipate needing to fix the jewelry when I paid that much for it. Also, I never got reimbursed for the shipping, and I asked for it more than once. Use caution when ordering from this company. "
