"I have written product reviews twice for their different products and they never show up - I haven't seen any of their products show any reviews - obviously they never publish any of the negative reviews. My experience is: Item: T6251
Description: VIKING KWIK HOIST
This item arrived with a damaged box and it appears that it is missing only the chain to attach it to the tree. I have not assembled the hoist yet because of the condition of the box which the hoist had punched through one end and at one place along the opposite end there is a hole that seems large enough to allow the chain go through. Please arrange for a replacement chain and I will start to assemble the hoist. The box arrived with everything loose in the box - the cable winch was out of its box inside the main package and when I emptied the main package there was loose nuts, washers, and bolts that came out.


REVIEW
I cannot review its operation yet as it arrived without the chain to attach it to the tree. The main package was damaged -when I opened the package I could see that the cable winch was outside of its box and there were loose parts floating around inside the box. The customer service so far seems to be non-existent - I called and immediately I was hooked to their automated system - over 5 minutes later an automated voice tells me that all of their representatives are busy and I will either have to leave a message or email them. The same thing happens consistently. I have sent emails and am waiting for a 'human' response.

"I ordered a Viking Deer Splitter in mid October . On 10/21/14 I received an email confirmation of the order :Item T6252 , Quantity: 1@ $34.95 , Status : Shipped via UPS SURE POST , Tracking No. 1Z67V907YW13178654 .

On 10/25/14 I received a card board mailing pouch containing a Master Packing Slip with all he above info AND a 2013 magazine titled "jewelry stringing" . No Deer Splitter.

I have email them and called their "customer service line ***-***-**** ) three times , listened to bad hold music for 5 + minutes each time just to be hung up on in the end .

Since they won't respond or answer the phone ,I can only conclude this is a scam , a mail fraud scheme . I paid $41.55 for a 2013 , 96 page magazine devoted to jewelry making.

Next stop: Postal Inspector and Arvada Police Dept."
