I read through the description, called customer service and asked for additional details I deemed important. They were very straightforward and helpful. I was expecting a traditional salesperson who would woo me into buying the product. Instead, they merely answered all my questions and assisted me with my purchase.

Surprisingly, the Hotsy pressure washer is better than it was described. I guess in the end, what mattered to me was:
- BizMart was honest in how they represented their product.
- The price was fair.
- The product was even better than I expected.

I highly recommend BizMart for used commercial equipment. "
