"Found shopbakersnook.com when I was on a blog and somebody recommended them. The site is easy to use and finding what I needed was quick. Prices were actually really good and shipping costs were not jacked up. What was really cool was I found they have some great how-to instructions and videos. One one frosting a round cake I found to be very helpful and it worked great for me. I give it a thumbs-up for customer service as I was able to reach somebody when I called their phone number and lastly the shipping time was fast. Everytime I've ordered from shopbakersnook.com it's been shipped out with a day of the order being placed and when I ordered earlier in the day, it was shipped out same day. So no complaints there. I'll be shoppping here as long as they don't get too big to take care of me."
