"I paid extra for the speed shipping. Waited over a month for my "phrone" and it was supposed to be no more than 2 weeks. Sent email after email and they don't happen to have a number to reach that I have found. I haven't been contacted after my numerous emails. It does NOT work. Cleaned dash and wouldn't even stick. I couldn't even get the magnet to hold my phone. This is such a scam. Do NOT waste your money people!"
"I ordered this, plus one extra, at the start of December. Only after I had placed my order did I think to google to see what other users thought of Shopparoo. I was shocked to see the low ratings and wondered if I would ever see my order.... So I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived today, about 2 weeks after ordering, and that the phone holder appears to be exactly as advertised. I have stuck it in my car and it works perfectly. I am not sure how my cynical heart will cope with that.... Perpaps most people only write about their negative experiences? Anyway, it is a five star rating from me."

My order never arrived, and I have sent them emails for months!
They keep replying and asking for me to give them my address again, which i do every time. Then I hear nothing from them, and resend my mail, to which they then ask for my mailing address again. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been waiting 4 months for my order!"
"Have been waiting now for 18 days for something I ordered from this company in Singapore, I live in Australia. The tracking number they send is useless, still shows nothing even though the email says it was shipped the day after ordering. Don’t bother ordering from here, you never get it!!"
"I purchased a mobile phone dash holder . After receiving it I couldn't use it because it wouldn't stick to the dash.
I emailed them and it was a nightmare , I tried emailing for ages and finally got an answer , they told me to clean the dash but it still wouldn't work , my mobile and the holder fell off the dash.
Shoparoo agreed to send a replacement but after two months I still haven't got it.
I have put this down to a bad experience and will never deal with them again ."
