"The same day (around 4/22/14) I ordered my phone from bestbuy I ordered the following from shopandroid:
HTC Dot View Case (Imperial Blue) for One (M8)
Cruzerlite Bugdroid Circuit Case (Black) for HTC One (M8)

The order was held up because the DOT case was not in stock. On 5/14, I still had not received either case and had the phone for about 2 weeks. So I emailed shopandroid and received the following response:

On 5/21, I dropped my phone. The only damage is to the upper right curved corner, but it is in fact noticeable. So as opposed to proudly displaying this quality device I now leave it at home. On 5/22/14, I cancelled my shopandroid order. In my opinion customer service is non-existent as they failed to provide an accurate ship estimate. In my opinion, they only have a sales rep. Quite a few people I know really like the HTC m8, and I let them know what my experience has been. "

"The device for use in my truck does not extend enough for my Galaxy Note 3. I originally requested specifically for that Phone. It needs to extend 1 more inch after full extension from loosening the screws. It looks like it would work for a Note 3 if it was right out of the box. Unfortunately, I have a shock case on my Note, so therefore this device won't work for me. "
