It is clear this company has no processes in place to ensure they are sending the correct product out to their customers. Very frustrating. "

"i bought a Berghaus Axis Jacket in the shop, which was on the sale for half of its original price. Initially, i had some problems with sending the shippment to Slovakia, but after sending an email to sales detpartment, this was very promptly resolved, and i was able to place an order. I received the jacket in 5 days from placing the order(which is excellent for international shipping by post) for very reasonable postage fee. Jacket arrived exactly as describe. My overall experience with the transaction is very good- from initial communication till receiving the goods."
