"In the 9th of December of 2020,i ordered 4 pairs of new balance. It cost me over 64 euros. Few days lá ter the web site had disapeared, i didn't have any email adress.
Three months have passed and last week I received an email saying that they were very Sorry, and would proceed with the full refund. All lies!!!
Till now they haven't payed nothing.
I'm thinking of reporting this case to the police. It's website fraude.
