I placed a large-ish order, c$100 to be shipped to the UK (which so many companies don't do) and found items to be shipped promptly - all the delay was in UK customs. Items were wonderful & well packed. One item was missing, it was on back order and a credit has been issued following an email I sent - response was in less than 24hrs.
