"I purchased a camera from Shopkami July 2011 for £110, aftera few emails to check delivery, a package arrived at my house, when opened it turned out to be a cheaper model £65, I contacted them, they apologised asked me to return it, which I did on a special delivery. I checked the tracking on it to confirm delivery, then sat back abd waited for the correct item to be dispatched. Weeks whent by with no news. After countless emails I finally got a response telling me that the camera was damaged upon receipt, therefore they could not accept it back. As you can imagine I was not best pleased as they were implying that I had damaged it in the 20 seconds I had the box open. After countless more emails, they said they would ship the correct camera. It is now nearly October and I am still sending emails, which most are being ignored. This has beebn my experience of shopping with Shopkami. I will leave it to you to make your own decision as to whether you want to purchase anything from this company."

"I purchased an MP3 player from this company because the description said that this MP3 player plays MIDI (.mid) type files. When I received the item, I found that the manual was not for the MP3 player, but for some mobile watch. The pouch that came with the player was not for it either. The most important part, is that this device is not capable of playing MIDI files. When I contacted the Shop Kami customer service, they replied that I should use a separate converter program ($29.99). After I asked if they going to pay for such program, they neber replied my e-mails (there is no number to call either)"
