"I recently bought a pancake maker and a silicone mat. They were offered free with postage. However I did not read the small print and discovered I had been charged twice for VIP lifetime membership at $80. Bearing in mind i am in the UK I contacted them by email twice with no response. I appreciate it was my own fault for not reading the small print but i did expect a reply to my request for one of the memberships at least to be refunded. Both the items had still not arrived by this time and it was 3 weeks since I placed the order. I realised i had no alternative other than to ring the company in USA. I spoke to a lady who at first was unable to find my orders despite my giving her the order numbers. I think this was a ploy to keep me on the phone as long as she could to maximise my costs. She eventually found the orders and begrudgingly agreed to give me back one of the memberships at $40 ... £31.62 . She point blank refused to refund the other. I have since received the items. A silicone mat to put in the over was 6 inches square. Large enough possibly to put one piece of chicken on it whereas on the advert it covers the whole of a large oven tray.
The lesson is NEVER think you are getting something for nothing because you're not. The phone call also cost me £9 so it was a very hard lesson learned.
You can also buy the pancake cooker on Amazon for £1.65, further adding to my shame. Don't buy from these people

"Awful. I bought three coin sorting banks for my children for Christmas I bought them early wrap them and put them under the tree. After we opened them we realize that one of the three banks had a manufacturing error in the queens were not being sorted properly. When I contacted the website they said that they have a seven day policy of returns and if it’s not within the seven days I have to pay for the shipping back. There’s s reason why they have such bad reviews. Do not use! "
"I placed an order 12/2/16 for items to be given as Christmas gifts. I received an email that same day reporting hat my items had shipped. On 12/12/16 I checked the tracking in this package because I had expected to receiving by then and noted that the USPS had never received the items. I sent an email to the company and was told that the post office must have misplaced my package but that it would be shipped out again right away. However, when the replacement package was received 12/19/16 only one of the ordered items was in the package. Upon email the the company I was told that the other item was now sold out, would not be back in stock, and would not be shipped. Very disappointing experience. I will keep an eye out for my refund. I would not likely purchase from this seller again. "

"I was a little leery based on the few reviews I could find; but I placed an order on December 5th and everything arrived in great condition on the 10th. A few items were battery operated and they all work. Email and shipping confirmations were very prompt. "Horrible seller. I immediately knew that the item was the wrong thing and contacted them through the website contact us form. I did not get a response and called the next morning. They told me they already shipped it and told me they did not get an email from me. Dana hung up on me and when I called back Sam said he shipped it right away and I would not get shipping refunded when I returned it. I found the tracking because he did not supply me with that as I requested and the label was not done yesterday. It was done today so they lied to me and did not ship it yet. He was rude and nothing is worth doing business with him."
