"Highly Satisfied. The download directions and process is simple. Lewis is the person I did a online chat with and then after purchase I received a follow up phone call. I highly recommend shopdiscountelectronics.com. Microsoft verified my activation as soon as I opened the software the first time. Perfect! They will provide tech support if needed but the directions with photos make the install easy.
