"I purchased a wall mount for my TV from this website. I chose the 2nd day air UPS option because I needed the item in six days (date of store installation) and did not want to take the chance of it coming after I needed it. I purchased it on a Sunday night (December 15th) and did not receive the item until the following Monday (December 23rd) from USPS NOT UPS!!! When I contacted the company multiple times, they kept blaming it on the postal service even though I paid for UPS not USPS. They wouldn't respond to my request for a refund for the shipping cost, so I was forced to open a case through Paypal.

UPDATE: Paypal was not helpful AT ALL as they indicated their buyer protection only protects the buyer if they don't receive an item or the item is SIGNIFICANTLY different than what was received. HOWEVER, after more emailing to ShopBargainWorks.com, we received a refund of the additional shipping costs directly from the merchant."

"i bought an amplifier a rockford fosgate t600-4 amplifier from here and when i went to get it installed my local audio guys seemed upset that i bought it online and mentioned that if the amp failed he didnt think the site would follow through with the warranty and sure enough a few months later the front right channel started failing so i contacted the site and i gotta say that i was impressed that they offered a replacement right away. all in all its a good site that has low prices quick delivery and good customer service that follows through with its warranty and i will definitely shop there again."

I called Beltronics after placing my order only to be told that they are specifically NOT an Authorized Dealer and Beltronics stated I would not receive any warranty or support on the product that I just purchased.

"I needed couple of items in a hurry so i emailed them and asked if they have the item in stock and if they will be able to ship it soon. The replied soon saying they have item ready to ship and this will ship that day or next day. I ordered at around 3 PM and didn't receive any shipping confirmation. So i emailed them again saying if they can't ship it next day then contact me immediately. Then i emailed again next day morning and received an reply that they made a mistake and they have the wrong item for one of those item. They blamed manufacturer for that and said they would extend discount for next purchase. I was disappointed because they canceled both items without even asking. They charge before they ship. I then replied to them if they can ship the other item that they didn't mention they had a problem with and they never replied to that email. I emailed them my phone number many times and they never called. They phone asks you to email them. They are like ghost shop."
