"Went to purchase shoes and outfits for the whole family the bill came out to $945.56 cent I am looking at my 10 & 11 year old girls with a happy and eciting exspression on their faces its being a long time since we were able to shop since the pandimic, I pulled out my debit card paid for the items bill came up to $945.56 i had all the confident in the world that my money was on my card, I swipe the card and the cash register froze up, but the tranaction went through and taken my money from the back but no receit would print. they KSS told me Im sorry but I can not have my merchandise. I check my bank and the money was going and paid to them. its being came back the next day no money no merchindise. its now been 72 plus hours no money no merchandise I cant believe I gotten jack for almost a thousand doolars my a corporation KSS beware everyone beware"
"Do not purchase from WSS - Terrible customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes on 11/9/21 for a Christmas gift, called on 1/4/22 wanting to exchange same shoes for larger size and they would not “accommodate” me because I was well beyond their 30 day return/exchange policy. SERIOUSLY "
"Purchased shoes from WSS on a Friday. Came around to Monday & still had not received a confirmation e-mail. Looked up my order on their site & found out they cancelled my order without notifying me, changed the shipping address to their address, & charged me full price for the shoes. No e-mail response back and no refund the next week."
"I received my online order as expected. They were not nice looking shoes in person. I called to get an RMA number and they told me to use my order number. Done. I returned my order the next day by UPS. A month later... no refund. I called to find out what was going on. The person I spoke to told me that because I didn't use their return label they couldn't verify. I told them no one told me that was an option. The customer service associate suggested there was something else that could be done if I couldn't find my shipping receipt with tracking. I called back. The second person I spoke with wouldn't let me speak to a manager and wasn't helpful. I'm not able to find my tracking info, but I suspect they got my return and just didn't log it or misplaced it. I've never had this issue with package return elsewhere. Their response made me suspect this is a common occurrence with WSS. I reported it to my CC. This wasn't the first complaint against this company. BUYER BEWARE!"
"Yes I read all the previous reviews. WSS had the shoes I wanted, which were very hard to find, even Adidas.com was out of stock. WSS had these shoes for $20 less and then honored an additional $10 coupon. I had the order confirmation the following day, the shipment notice 3 days later, and today I received my order, only 7 days after ordering. I can only say this was a flawless purchase. "
"I ordered my son a size 11 shoe for Christmas and was sent a 12. I called customer service and was told they were out of 11’s so they sent me a 12. Obviously the shoe didn’t fit my son so I was sent EMAIL instructions on how to return the shoes. I followed the instructions and was told that I would be refunded for the shipping that I had to pay for due to their mistake and never was. Spoke to a manager and was told unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to get my $ refunded to me that I had to pay to get the incorrect shoes that they sent to me back to them! Horrible service and don’t mind taking peoples $ on top of it."

I sent £60 and they offered me a £5 coupon off me next order, over a month going back and forth and they still will not refund me. Items are obviously fake and the quality is so bad!! Customer service is even worse. Do not buy off them"

"Ordered a pair of Jordan's 6rings, Nike Airmax LTD3's, and force fields.. I ordered them on 4-29, and received the force fields on 5-4, and received the 2 pairs of shoes a day later on 5-5...I received exactly what I ordered, size and all!!! This is the 3rd online order i ever made, so I'm leery about not touching what I buy!! I read 30+ reviews about WSS and 95% were really bad! I took a chance anyway, cause the prices were just too good! I'm glad a did!! "Bought sneakers two days ago, called and asked if they would return them, they were worn once for 2 hours, went all the way down to the store to be told no, even though they were bought only two days ago and had like no wear on them and we didn't even want a refund just a bigger size!! Unbelievable, that company is trash!"
