"The customer service representatives and people that I have talked with have been very considerate and ready to help whenever I have called. The only hindrance I would have in referring them is that I placed my order on January 13, 2011. I had not received anything from them confirming shipment after 72 hours from placing the order, so I called and the rep was very eager to help and told me that the order would be processed within 48 hours and my item would ship following the processing. Here we are on Jan 25th and I still have not received the item, so I went online to my account and it shows that the order is still processing. I called and spoke to a lady that checked into the situation. Received a call back from VSC and they stated that the item I ordered was held up in customs coming into the country. People - great Wait time - not so much"
