"I ordered from Shoptemp and paid instantly via Paypal. Paypal confirmation was recieved right away and I patiently awaited my item. 35 days later the item still hadn't arrived. I emailed them and they told me I had ordered when their server was down. I had to dispute my transaction with paypal to get my money back because they had no clue which money was mine.

Pretty much an unpleasant experience all around. They could do better at tracking orders and having an idea of who paid what and when. And if payments come down the pipe unaccounted for, they might want to contact the sender of said payment and figure out why, rather than sitting on the buyers money for months."

"Received my UPS shipped order today, the 15th after making the order on the 11th. At first I was a bit apprehensive due to the lack of any updates on my order immediately after finishing making my payment via PayPal. But after some reassurance from someone familiar with the site, and knowing it was the weekend, I decided I'd give them until Monday evening.

Turns out I didn't need to wait that long, early Monday AM my order was updated and began processing. Late Monday I got an e-mail that it had shipped and early Tuesday was given the tracking number. From China to my front door in California, it took only 2 days of transit time. $16 bucks for 2 days of shipping is fantastic.

Item arived as described, brand new, and official. Buying from China/Hong Kong is kind of scary for me, but I do it from time to time when the deals are right. And this site's prices are good. Layout works, and they work quickly (on weekdays).
