Ordered a couple of cigar pipes and lock picks on 11th April. Got a mail confirming my order. Waited 7 days and contacted the site. Susan from customer support replied back to me and assured me that my order was being processed and that I should get a mail confirming the shipment soon enough. She also directed me to their shopping policy which cleared some of my doubts. As susan said, I did get the email and the tracking number and then, on 29th of April, my order was with me. The products were excellent and the support was great."

I've had no response to multiple website Help Desk queries and listed website phone number belongs to some unfortunate individual unrelated to merchant who says he has been getting similar calls for months."

Update 5/23/2010: Opened second ticket and sent email. Still no response of any kind."

"Placed the order and paid with paypal but never received any confirmation email. I raised two support tickets which never got answered and emailed the paypal email address and the shoponspot email address and again received no reply.

No confidence at all with this seller as there is no answer to any email or 'support ticket'. As far as I am concerned, no communication, no order.
