"I looked up this company and seen all the other reviews and ordered anyway to check them out. I purchased a ps3 system for under $284 because the price was good . Ordered on the 4th and received it on the 6th . Its was new and for only 2 days shipping time i would have to say im pretty pleased . After seeing all the other reviews i wonder to myself mabe they cant please everyone but im pretty sure im happy with them thus far .Lets see whats happens on my next order with them . Peace "

"I visited this forum recently when I was searching for info on shophitech.com. Unfortunately, I chose to disregard the information, went ahead and ordered a dvd player. There were the usual emails about my order having been sent, with no tracking number, then another that said my order had been returned damaged, but had been reshipped by "supplyer". After way too much time and a whole bunch of mostly unanswered emails from me, I received a package from them today. The package had been sent to a different name at my address, had been returned to the post office and searched because it had been sent "media mail". The post office enclose a letter stating that it did not qualify for media mail. (?) The box was really ramshackle-looking, whether from being sent all over and searched or what I don't know. INSIDE, I found an obviously used dvd player (it is the model I ordered), wrapped in one of those clear plastic zipper things that sheets come in, with no instructions or other paperwork and no other packaging! Just the dvd player in a clear plastic bag. It does have some cords and jacks. It is pretty dinged up. It looks like it came from a garage sale. I haven't tried it out yet. This is the craziest purchasing experience I have ever had. So--I can say with authority---DO NOT ORDER FROM shophitech.com!!! UPDATE: the player does not work."
