"I ordered my sink on April 24, 2012 and it has been 6 weeks and it still hasn't arrived! I emailed them, no response. I called the 800 number at 10:30am and got the company answering machine, I left a message to check on the status of my order. No response. I called the next day again, I got a man's cell phone voicemail saying, "you've reached my phone. Leave a message." Wow, really? Thank God for my credit card company giving me my money back!! This is either the crappiest company that needs serious help gettting their act together, or the biggest FRAUD ever!! And I will definitely spread the word!"

"I'm not a big fan of online shopping, especially for something like a kitchen sink, but when my local plumbing supply showroom didn't return my calls when I had a question about something in the Elkay catalogue they gave me, I decided to try and find the answer online. I went to ShopElkay.com, got their 800 number and spoke to David, who answered all my questions. A few days later I went back to their website and placed the order and received the sink in about 10 days. Unfortunately, it came in scratched so I called the 800 number and fortunately, got David again. I e-mailed him pictures of the damage and he immediately ordered another sink sent out to us, which we got in about a week. He e-mailed us UPS tracking numbers for both the first and second shipments and sent us an RMA to return the damaged sink. Everything was handled in such a professional manner that I can't say enough about their customer service. In a day when good customer service is an exception rather than a rule, ShopElkay stands out as an example of what customer service should be. The best part of this was that everytime I contacted ShopElkay, I spoke to the same person, so I didn't have to repeat everything to someone new. Kudos to ShopElkay! I would highly recommend them."
