"ShopByUs was a collosal waste of my time! I ordered my glasses on September 14th and was expecting to recieve the 7 day shipping advertised on their website. After 10 day and no glasses I called the customer service hotline with no answer. I called the hotline for an entire week without an answer! The voice message stated that I had reached them after hours despite the fact that I called about 20 different times at various times of the day. I began to think that this was a scam.

Finally, a week later I called again and reached someone! I was told that they had closed for a holiday, yet didn't think it would be beneficial to tell their customers why there was no one there to answer their calls! The cusotmer service rep apologized and promised to have the product overnighted to me as a consolation for my grief. A week later, still no glasses. I proceeded to call the customer service hotline again and again reached someone. This time I was told that the product was not in stock when I had called the first time and would be shipped to me the next day. A week later, still no glasses! I called the customer service hotline again and was told that my credit card had a high fraud risk on it and the order had been canceled a month ago!!!

How is it that after a month of calling these idiots no one recognized that the order had been cancelled?!?!? In fact, I was promised next day shipping several times! I am apalled at the lack of customer service, idiocracy and bad business practices of this company. Its laughable that they promised me a discount on future orders with them as consolation for the inconvenience! I will never order anything from this company again! Shopbyus.com is run by a bunch of idiots that have no concept of customer service! STAY AWAY!!!"
