Took 2 weeks to ship, sent wrong part, wants me to pay to ship it back.

"Talk about a horrible shopping experience! Deception after deception. AVOID THIS RESELLER!!!
First, their online purchasing didn't work. I think that's intentional, so they can sting you with a direct paypal payment - harder to get a refund that way. I chatted with a person who said they will just e-mail me the total and I can pay it with paypal. They showed a photo of a pretty girl. i asked if the photo was really them - they said no, just a canned photo. Then, after payment, I get a confirmation. OK. A few days later I get a message it shipped and I can expect it in TWO TO THREE WEEKS!!! (they drop-shipped it from China without letting on that's what they would do). I finally get it - and it's the wrong part!!! I complain, and the boss...john (maybe that was his name..who knows by this time...says I have to ship it back to China and when they get it I'll get my refund. I say no, you have to pay return shipping you messed up. They ignore me. That's their strategy. REALLY??? Wow. So It was only $17 and the part they sent me is really only worth about $7 (can buy it locally on ebay for that price). I can probably use it in my business but...BAD, BAD, BAD SELLER!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I GOT BITBYJOHN AT SHOPBYJOHN.
