"Ordered camera battery and charger from them. Didn't realize until order was confirmed that they had picked up an obsolete address from paypal. I immediately tried to contact them to correct the situation. No telephone number on the website, so I sent an email. Then I went to paypal to delete the old address. There I found a phone number for the seller. It was answered by someone who did not speak English.
This morning I got an email from a 3rd party shipper confirming that the order had shipped to the incorrect address. I have sent an email requesting cancellation and refund, but I have ZERO confidence. I will NEVER order from these clowns again."

"Never buy anything from this company, they are rip offs. Not only do they not reply to customer requests but they also sell inferior merchandise that didn't even work. When I attempted to get a refund or replacement, they were rude and did not properly offer an equitable solution. Once 30 days had expired, and even though they made no mention the one and only time they responded to my over 10 emails, they then refused to handle the situation. I kept all me emails and forwarded them to them showing their lack of replies and they continued to treat me with disrespect and offered no further solutions. What's really stupid about this is that was over an $8.99 battery. Luckily after they didn't respond once I ordered the product, I ordered a back up from www.bestbatt.com that worked and saved the job I was working on. Shoppacc is a lowlife company thet obviously doesn't care about their customers nor their reputation. I can't find them registered do legally do business either- check with BBB yourself."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot believe that any of the positive reviews are from real people. I ordered a cell battery, they sent the battery, but it didn't hold a charge. It was actually worse than the one I was replacing in my daughter's phone. When email went unanswered, I called, they answered and immediately hung up the phone repeatedly (as if they didn't understand English). I complained to Paypal and they did nothing but say that I had to resolve the matter with the merchant because they do not guarantee the quality of the product. What?! There is no way to resolve this if they won't respond. This company defrauded me out of the cost of the battery and shipping and handling charges. I read these reviews before I ordered--they were positive. I also now believe they weren't true. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. "
