"Buyer Beware! Despite their claim that they don't sell cloned FTA receivers, the one they sold me failed after a short time, and displays the on-screen message "this is a clone"! I've made several attempts to have this resolved, but they have never returned my calls or emails."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered the USB Internet TV Player + Worldwide Radio from this company. It Cost me $40.00 + Shipping & Handling charges. I tried to install the product (flash drive) to my PC. Later, I discovered that it does not do what it is supposed to do (which is watching hundreds of channels on your computer). It only showed less than fifty channels!!! The quality of the pictures are really bad. I contacted the customer service and I was told there is no refund or exchange for this product. I told him that this product is not performing what the company claims supposed to be doing (watching hundreds of channels on your PC). Therefore, I am entitled to receive a full refund. I was told that someone will be calling me back for this complaint. It has been over 6 weeks nobody ever called or emailed me. They have acknowledged this product is defective, but they have been avoiding my claim. This is a big scam!!! Terrible customer service as well. I would never ever buy anything else from this Bogus company again! BE AWARE of THE SCAM, people!"

"BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 3 FTA receivers from this company. 2 worked great, 1 was DOA. Cost me extra money to ship it back. I have been nearly 6 weeks trying to get a replacement, still no replacement, just excuses. They have acknowledged the receiver is defective, say they have shipped it, however, the tracking number shows that it has not even shipped. Would rather have a refund now, but 15% restocking fee would apply for a problem that should have been taken care of by them. Sorry people, poor customer service to say the least. It would have been cheaper for me to buy elsewhere, next time that's what I will do.
