"I received a pair of shoes that were too small. I returned them in the original box (I didn't realized I had to put them inside another box). They claimed the box was damaged and wouldn't accept my return. The shoes were never worn and in perfect condition; and what they claimed was damaged was a label on the box I was able to peal off with no problem. A manager was supposed to call me back and instead sent an email so I called again. When I received a call back the manager was rude and I will not purchase from this website again. I said that I have never received such terrible customer service and the manager said, "well now you have." IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD"

"I placed an order with Shoes on the Web. I was surprised that the order confirmation did not include a price. The shoes arrived a few days later. No problem with the shoes, but no receipt in the box. Finally, I went back to the website to make sure I had been charged the correct price. I tried to log onto my account, but I forgot my password. Normally, when that happens, the website either sends you a hint, or it allows you to reset your password. This website sent me the actual password via e-mail. Won't be using them again."

"I ordered a pair of shoes and my card was declined. That's never happened anywhere before, for real. I get a call and place the purchase on a different card. So they refund my original card which was good. When the shoes came, they weren't what I ordered at all so I returned them and bought a different pair to make an exchange. I got an email not much later stating that the pair I bought, listed as in stock on their website, was out of stock. So I say ok we're through here and ask for a full refund because
1. I didn't get what I ordered and
2. Tried making an exchange and this process just keeps becoming more of a nightmare.

"This company is a dishonest company. I bought a pair of boots from them last October and when I brought it to their attention that both soles had cracked they refused to help or rectify the situation and even threw their exchange policy in my face. I reported them to the Better Bussiness Bureau and they have ignored them so far. Boots should not fall apart within 4 months.
This is a disreputable company that does not treat it's customers fairly. They may have good prices, but that is not worth my hard earned money or the blatent distespect they showed me. I sincerely hope that people will listen to my story and go elsewhere to buy shoes as there are many reputable companies out there who practice good customer service.
