"I bought some Trashville shoes from shoecup.com. I am a size 8 1/2 so I ordered a 9 from them. When my shoes got in the mail I measured them and they measured 10 1/2 inches long!! So I brought this up and they shipped me a size 8. The size 8 measured 10 inches. These people don't know how to measure shoes and there was little to nothing to help me return the shoes. "

"I received what I ordered (black two-inch pumps) in a decent amount of time but I didn't get any shipment or delivery notifications via text messagelike I signed up for on the Shoecup website. Also, the website told me to order two sizes larger than ladies' size shoe in order to fit me so I did that (ordered size 15 since I'm a 13 in men's) and the shoes that I got are WAY too big on my feet so now I have to return them. I don't think I'll order shoes on here again since I really don't know whether any of the shoes really fit me."
