"Initially, I thought I'd found a nice site with some good deals on shoes. I assume from their name and the availability of shoes on the site that they deal with closeout items etc.

I ordered 1 pair of tennis shoes for my wife and a pair of steel toe work boots.

The order seemed to process normal, received shipping confirmation and they did arrive in a timely enough manner. Everything looked good to this point.

Opened the box and the tennis shoes were exactly as described - great!

Unfortunately, thats where the greatness ended. The other box that was supposed to have my new work boots had a womens dress boot in a size seven, nothing close to a mens 10 steel toe boot.

Contacted company, told them of the error, the box had two labels, one for what was really in the box and one for what I had ordered...

Returned them through USPS using their return label. I have email confirmation of delivery. I waited the 5 - 10 business days, nothing. I sent an email since that is the only way to contact them. Got a reply that it could take 10 - 14 B Days and I should hear from the receiving/returns dept. I waited, and waited.

I sent them an email saying I am still waiting for a response and return of my money. That I have received no correspondence as of yet.

No response, in the prior email, I told them if no response within the week, I'd contact my credit card company, all rating sites I can think of and SN sites. So, here I am explaining my case.

I would have a very hard time recommending this company for any future business, you may or may not get what you ordered and if not, you might not get your money back. Buyers beware!"
