I had one email response, which was essentially a fake as it was not followed through. I am going to see if I can follow through with Am Ex or Visa (can't remember which I paid with) fraud department. They need to be shut down. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT ORDER THROUGH SHOE PEDDLERS"

"While I did receive products promptly and prompt email/phone replies, I was unsatisfied with shoepeddlers because their store credit expires after 1 year. In the original email with the store credit I ultimately did find an expiration date not prominently noted but it's not stated anywhere on their website so it's easy not see it. It's an unusual practice for a store and now I'll never see my $70 again.

Shop Shoepeddlers if you're certain that you're gonna keep it."

"I think shoe peddlers sells fakes or knock-offs. I think the shoes I bought (and then had to pay to return and for re-stocking fee) were vinyl, not the advertised leather. I had bought genuine Helle Comfort shoes from a reputable local store for nearly twice the price and thought I could save money by ordering the "same" shoes at shoepeddler. Stupid me. Ironic the place is located on "Integrity Way.""

"HORRIBLE! Worst online transaction I have ever had. They overcharged me and then would not respond to my emails! Never refunded the money they stole from me and shipped my item a week later than they claimed they would, with the wrong shipping method. Stay away from this disreputable seller."

ADVERSE EXPERIENCE, NON RESPONSIVE SELLER. DOES NOT ANSWER PHOHE, DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL.

I ordered the boots from this site and paid via paypal. Never heard from them again. I emailed with no avail, then researched the organization and determined that the business is Fox Valley Birkenstock. I could never seem to get anyone on the telephone during business hours, and even off business hours. Just a voicemail system. On 11 November they finally responded and stated that the boots need to be backordered, but were ready to ship. On 21 November, they finally sent an email stating that the boots (that supposedly were in stock) were ready for shipment, but did so via a PayPal request for money. I travel extensively, and inquired if they could confirm a shipping date, and what shipper / tracking #. I had upcoming travel, and didn't want them sitting on the porch, and after 60 days - post order, a request for an estimated time of delivery would not be unreasonable. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.

"Warning!!! Do not use this site!!! I have not received my shoes after 3 weeks and I cannot contact them. I was in email contact for awhile and Katherine said she would send me a tracking number, but I never got one. When you call, all you get is a message asking you to leave a number and they will call you back. Of course, they never call back!! I learned a lesson, though, read reviews of online stores before purchasing. I have never done that before and I do a great deal of online ordering. This is the first time I have had a problem."
