"Do youself a favor and buy a ball of string from HomeDepot/ Lowes and use it instead of these shoelaces. The quality is attrocious which is typical of many "sight unseen" businesses these days. The laces are extremely thin pieces of string although are of the specified length and width. They must cost .001 cents per foot to make.
Their shipping costs are inflated so they make a big profit even if they have to return the laces costs. Another poor quality internet only product. Nobody would ever buy these laces if seen in a store."
"This is a small business that has costs for shipping beyond the price of postage: packaging materials, human labor to package (done MUCH better than most internet businesses) and post. This is not a giant business that inflates its product charges enough to absorb the cost of these things - which, the biggies buy packaging by the pallet and pay practically nothing per piece and have starving wage slaves providing the labor, etc. This is a family business. They have decent prices, especially considering that this was the ONLY place I could find, after exhaustive research, that sold the product I needed. Other sites offered "something close" at lesser cost, but had LARGER shipping/handling fees! For the cost, I expected to wait and wait for delivery, especially since I used the cheapest shipping option. I placed the order at 4:15 AM on Oct 6, delivery was Oct 10! The product is exactly as described and high quality. I prefer to support small businesses, and this is one of the good ones! Don't expect big-box pricing, do expect individualized, conscientious service (such as you will never, ever receive from, say, amazon...), and high quality. Easy PayPal payment. Three cheers!"
"I was disappointed to see a $1.93 shipping label on the package after being charged $5.95 for "Shipping and Handling:Flat Rate Shipping & Handling". The product they shipped me is great and arrived in great time but after seeing them overcharge for shipping I will not be buying from them again."
