"I placed an order for 91 shirts for a community event. I received the order and 41 out of the 91 shirts were the wrong size and even more frustrating they were youth. I converted some youth XL into Adult mediums since they were similar in size and planned to return 33 shirts. No one could explain how almost half the order was wrong coming from multiple wharehouses. The CSR was unsympathetic and nonchalant. Spoke to a Sup and got a passive aggressive response. I continued to explain my inconvenience and how big a problem this created. I was finally offered a return authorization via email. 5 Days later I haven’t received the return email and I get a shipping notification from UPS today that I’m getting a 19lb Delivery from them. I call them back to find out why, no one knows. Where’s my return auth, no one knows. I’m not accepting the package because I don’t want to be responsible for it, sending it back or anything. Save yourself the hassle. This place will never get my business again. Mistake happen but you have to clean them up correctly and they have failed in that area. "

"My order didn't ship because they were missing my 2xl's. I called to find out where they were..oh sorry we will send them out with a comparable shirt. No correspondence to find out what to do... The order shows up 2 days after that and the 2xl's were a complete different color. I needed these shirts for a family vacation. Needless to say I had to go shopping all over and spent all night working on them to get them done. Their solution was we can ship you new ones regular shipping because that is what I paid for(so I get them after they leave on vacation)or to credit the shirts. Twice this company screwed up and both times the customer service stunk. They wanted a solution...I told them to next day air them and get them to me! They said the shipper had already picked up for the day. So someone should of gotten in the car and taken it to the shipping company..I am sure there are numerous ones. NEVER GOING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DIDN'T SHIP ON TIME AND TOTALLY WRONG COLOR OF SHIRTS. 1/2 one color and 1/2 another...really. All of the larger ones were wrong."
