"I had been looking for a Garmin Nuvi 260W for the last few months and waiting for the price to come down. I finally decided it was time to buy and had almost ordered from Buydig when I did one last price comparison. Shipdog was cheaper by about $10, but I was concerned about ordering from someone I had not heard of before. Based on the feedback from others on here I decided to order from Shipdog and was very happy with the transaction. The other reviews were dead on. My order was shipped 2 days after the order and it was sent 2nd day fedex with no addtional fee (I selected the free shipping based on feedback here). The item arrived on time ( ahead if you consider it was sent 2nd day instead of regular UPS. I called once (because I was being impatient) and my call was answered within 2 rings and the nice rep I tlaked to was very friendly and helpful. Great company and I think they will make a big splash if they keep up this low price, great service model. I would higly recommend Shipdog and will definitely order from them again."

Some points - Their website does not show their address. I gather they are in Brooklyn. I said uh-oh, here we go.. but decided it was worth a try because of good ratings on resellerratings.com. I put stock in these ratings as I believe they are not bogus or at least not as bogus as other rating places where seller enters its own ratings. Anyway, order number given at time of order. No callbacks. Order stayed as "in process" for 2 days. Wednesday morning their website said order was "shipped". Tracking number available. Never got email advising of shipping. No hard sell. Indeed, they are quite laid back, Guy on phone sounds like he is half asleep. But, in the end, they worked for me. Found them on pricegrabber. Did not see them on pricescan.
I have been asked by ResellerRAtings to review the above since it was placed so soon after ordering. Goods were delivered on Thursday after Monday order. Everything A-OK, no surprises!

"I ordered the dash mount for the Garmin C550 late during the week. It just came today (1024/07). It is nice there is no shipping charge, and they do not even charge extra for it to come to me within 3 business days. What is nice is that there is a FedEx tracking number for the item and it came exactly as it was reported on the site.
I do not have any issues with the company. The salespeople were very nice. They answered questions really quickly and they did not try to sell me anything more than what I ordered or needed. Prior to purchasing from Shipdog.com, I made the mistake of almost ordering from Broadway Camera and Prestige Camera. However, after I spoke to the salesman on the phone, I felt really weird. They were really fishy, so I cancelled my order.
Although their product was about $15 US dollars less than the Broadway or Prestige Camera, they had the product in stock. The Broadway and Prestige Camera places sent me an email to tell me that my order was on back order, when their website said that it was available. All a bunch of lies from them.
Even though my order at shipdog cost me a little bit extra money, it was well worth it. It was well worth the time and money as well as the security of knowing they will honor your order and you do not have to sit on pins and needles wondering if the product will be shipped or when will it arrive???
I highly recommend this company for the ordering of their GPS products. I just ordered the c550 and it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, exactly as the saleswoman told me. It is incredible that they are able to do that....
