"I visited ShepardAutoParts looking for an aluminum radiator for my truck. First off I noticed they list easily over 200 different radiators for a truck series that has maybe 20 at the most on a high side. On top of that, when I find the radiator I need, I emailed them and found that it has the wrong mounts but they offer other radiators with the right mounts and they say there's nothing they can do about getting me a radiator that has the right mounts. I decided I would just order one and make custom mounts for it. I figured I would call. Their hours list as Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. I called on a Friday at 11am and got an answering machine message saying they were closed. I tried again with the same results. So I went ahead and ordered online with paypal of course. Later that day I get an email saying that my purchase has been refunded do to the part I ordered being out of stock. I ended up finding a different company online that uses ShepardAutoParts to supply their radiators and on their website it listed the radiator I need as not even available to purchase yet. So basically I would NOT recommend using ShepardAutoParts but if you do, be careful."
"Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Lied to me about shipping same day of order... after finding out they lied, I cancelled the order. They refused to cancel, and uploaded a fake tracking number to show as "shipped" They are holding my money hostage. Refusing to refund $69.99. This is unethical and disgusting. Do not purchase anything from these guys. "

"Ordered radiator for 1978 Mercedes. Very good price, quick shipping, low shipping cost, good quality, good fit. Had to slightly grind/narrow the mounting clips for the fan shroud---minor modification. I did call to verify they had the part in stock before ordering----very helpful and friendly customer service."
"I ordered a three row, aluminum radiator for my 1995 Suburban on 8-27-11. The package came in 9-01-11. The box was damaged by FedEx (because they suck), but the radiator was intact. I was a little concerned about the quality and fitment of the radiator when I saw that it was made in China, however everything was fine. I had to make a minor adjustment to the bottom of the radiator to allow for clearance of the bottom radiator shroud bolts, but other than that it was a direct fit. All of the fittings were the correct size, and in the proper locations. The bottom line is that the fit, quality, and price were all good enough. I didn't have any negative experiences like some of the other posters. Based on this one purchase I would be willing to do more business with this company."

"Horrible Products and service, I tried ordering a radiator from them for cheap, it showed up in a timely manner but come install time I have never had more problems. The fitment was so bad i spent 20mins bending the brackets used to hold it down, there was a huge gap between the radiator and the front support, the hose connectors were not facing the stock direction, the welds all looked bad, and even though it was the radiator specified for my vehicle the ATF lines were the wrong thread size."
