"I stumbled onto Sheets and Giggles through a GMA deals and steals segment and I am extremely happy I cashed in on that deal. I would classify my experience as a "Wow" through every stage. The packaging was unique and thoughtful which led to a wow. The sheets are truly buttery soft and they are cool when I need them to be cool and warm when I want warmth. Wow, not sure how they do that. My final Wow has to do with customer service. I contacted them via email yesterday morning and they responded within an hour or so and the tone of their response was amazing. I felt like they truly wanted to hear from me. I know I can find sheets a little cheaper but the quality of those products and experience will match that cheapness. Not worth it to me. I am team Sheets and Giggles from here on out!!!!"
"We bought a set of sheets and absolutely loved them; so much so that we refuse to use any of our other high-dollar sheets.
Sadly, the fitted sheet began to rip at the corner seam after about 3 months of use. I emailed the team, they responded the same day offering a refund or replacement. Clearly, we choose the replacement :)
