"They promise to deliver in 7 to 14 days... It is 14 days already but my shed was not even shipped yet! After numerous angry emails I got this: "This time of year it can take longer to ship out as the orders are very high". If that so then why do you promise to deliver in certain time frame? And why do I have to demand my money back before I got an explanation from you?
