STAY AWAY!! BUYER BEWARE

"I RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! First they lost my order after accepting my payment delaying delivery 3 weeks and then they cancelled my order for no reason. They waited 2 WEEKS to tell me that they randomly cancelled my order (and now try to say I told them to cancel the order LOL) They said I could replace the order or cancel for a refund. Now 7 weeks into waiting for my product I was told it would take an additional 6-8 weeks if I replaced the order. I am now out $2000 from rescheduling with my contractor multiple times as a result of this joke of a company's mistakes. They offered no apology or any assistance in fast tracking the delivery or discount for their multiple mistakes. BUYER BEWARE. All of their products are available elsewhere! Don't make the same mistake I did! "

I'm very happy with my shed.

"It requires medium level DIY skills to assemble and it's definitely a two man job, but if you take the time to make sure your foundation is level and the base is square, everything lines up quite well. When finished it's a good lokking and sturdy shed. I'm very happy with it. "

"HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Please read this if I can save just one buyer from purchasing through them it will be worth it... Please read the reviews the company promotes fast shipping- its been over a month and I'm still getting the run around with them and they already took the money from my account over 2k . Each week they tell me next week it will shoip"

"I was totally skeptical about the price for my shed because it was hundreds of dollars less expensive than the other places I checked. I ordered a 15’x8’ Lifetime shed. The boxes were delivered so quickly! The boxes were in perfect condition. All parts included and completely damage free.

Fantastic service at an awesome price

"This was a fantastic experience front start to finish. I was a little hesitant just due to how much I saved on this set when compared to all the other places to get it. However I figured to give it a shot, I saved several hundred dollars with free shipping and the cheaper price. The communication on shipping was met with friendly customer service and emails, the playset arrived on a extra large well made solid palette that held four boxes. The truck driver was awesome and was even able to drop it in our yard. The playset went together easily with some hard work (and some interpretive, not nearly as bad as I thought when I ordered it.)

I highly recommend Sheds For Less Direct and I will absolutely purchase from them the next time I need anything they offer! My Daughter is thrilled with her Birthday present (Got her this because of the COVID19 ordeal and not being able to go to parks)

"This Is a great shed. Large with plenty of storage space and more sturdy than I anticipated. The instructions for assembly were easy to follow as well. It took me much longer than the 6 hours to put together but that is because I was largely working by myself. Get another person for this one. I am very please with this shed. "

"Great experience working with Sheds For Less Direct! We contacted them about a hard to find item-which they had in stock. Delivered within the promised time frame with no hassle. The shipping company they used was also very helpful and professional. We actually anticipated some bumps in the order/delivery process since our order took place during Covid-19 but there were none! Would definitely order from again & recommend them to others! "

Good Experience!

"Good shed company to help me figure this all out. I was able to chat with someone to find my shed and later called them to make my order. I went with Lifetime 10x8 shed and am very satisfied with that decision, I recommend it. Delivery was in less than a week and they unloaded it right where I needed it. Great all around for me."

Customer Service could be a lot better

"I ordered a small horizontal shed. Email received and time window set up but shipping company ends up contacting me after the window. I agree to have them leave it, as I am not home. They leave it and when I get home, I realize it's the wrong shed. I follow up but it's Friday and I have to wait till the following week. Contact sheds for less and they direct me to the shipping company, I schedule a time again and guess what, no show. Contact SFL again, they suggest I contact the shipping company, I ask why the hell am I contacting them, you should and then you should provide me with some answers, not more questions or suggestions.

Well, the trucker contacts me to deliver the shed but when he arrives, he says "I am not here to deliver your shed, I am only here to pick up the one we delivered by mistake"

I call to cancel the order and get a refund. Their process is, they must investigate before they can refund my order.

While the pricing is good, their call service/shipping partners/customer service is not. Somewhere they are cutting corners.

Bottom line, I am sure they have customers who are lucky enough to have no issues but for those considering buying from Shedsforlessdirect.com beware.

I'm the owner and I've been looking into this situation to see what went wrong and see if we can improve anything done from our end. I'd first like to apologize for any inconvenience you had during your shipment, I know how frustrating that can be. I see you instructed the carrier to deliver this without signature. They are technically not supposed to do that without our approval since we pay extra for the signature upon delivery service. We pay for signature service to make sure our customers have an opportunity to inspect their deliveries for accuracy and any damages. I see you did not have that opportunity and it caused some issues because the carrier made a mistake and delivered you the wrong item. The carrier then tried to fix their mistake by picking up the incorrect delivery and didn't simultaneously redeliver the correct item for you. That stinks, I can see why you were mad about that. They should have been more considerate of your time and only made 1 more attempt to pick up and redeliver the correct item. I'm sorry they made this such an inconvenience.

I hope now that you have your new shed all is well. If I can help you with anything please feel free to reply to this and I'll be happy to do whatever I can to assist you. I hope you will please reconsider your review of my business. Online is really tough and me and my team work hard to make our customers happy and keep a good reputation.

How did you do that!? Seriously

"I work for UPS and have no idea how they showed up with my shed the next day after I ordered it. Honestly I wasn't ready yet but hey it made it lol. I'm a little late writing this but they emailed me today asking for a review which I'm happy to give. I did my homework before buying and I got the best price, chat helped me pick an Arrow shed and I got the craziest shipping experience I have ever seen. I still can't get over it lol. A 250 pound shed delivered in a day. WTH?!"

Great Shed, but make sure you contact them to find out how long it will take.

"The shed seems really great but do make sure to contact them before you order to understand how long it may take. I really wish they would have let me know it was going to take as long as it did as it took over a month from order date to delivery and customer service just kept emailing me with "it may be up to 15 business days".....again, it took much more than that. So when you see "FREE FAST SHIPPING | Large 3-10 DAYS" on "Handy Home" sheds well, that's simply not the case. "

Don't be fooled by fast shipping claims!

"Representations of shipping speed are misleading. If you need to have your order in less than a week, look elsewhere. Representations of fast, 1-5 days, 3-5 days, and 3-10 days are made regarding shipping at different points throughout the site. Contacts with customer service after completing purchase disclosed significant "processing" prior to these shipping time frames being applicable. In my instance, the order did not leave their 3rd-party fulfillment center until 7 days after I placed my order. At this time, the item hasn't been delivered, but is scheduled to arrive 12 calendar days after I ordered. Attempts to cancel my order prior to shipping were not successful and I've been informed that if I want to return the item, I'll need to pay for a 25% restocking fee. Not a great business to work with and the discounted prices don't make up for the added aggravation. "

I'm the owner and I've been personally aware of your order for a $150 garden bench and helping on it since you already did a chargeback with your credit card as well. Please understand that your order is being delivered tomorrow and it had a 1 day delay because of your shipping to a different address had to be verified. You ordered on a Thursday evening and on Friday we contacted you to verify your shipping address to a different location than your billing address. Once our verification process to prevent fraud was completed this order was entered for fulfillment. The fulfillment center is closed on weekends so this processed on Monday morning and shipped out on Tuesday morning. The item is a 51 lbs item so it ships ground, not air and takes about 5 business days. Our website states up to 10 business days for delivery; that is very fast for our industry for our sheds and large outdoor structures. This is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow which is the 8th business day. I'm not sure what the urgency is and why the negativity from you is but please let me know if I can assist you. Posting bad press for my small business and causing disputes with your credit card is really unnecessary and causes my company to look bad online and also costs us chargeback fees. We are available to assist you in chat, phone and emails 7 days a week. I hope you will use our instant customer support to contact us if you need assistance and please consider changing this review once you receive your product. This review serves to hurt my business and we didn't do anything to deserve the negativity.
