"I ordered a shea butter lotion from this website. After two weeks, I didn't receive the product in the mail and didn't receive any updates regarding the status of my order. When I contacted the company, they told me the product was out of stock. They gave me a refund and offered to send me another lotion free of charge. Apparently, they were having issues with the manufacturer and I wasn't able to get the new item until three months later. When I finally received the product, it was terrible. The lotion was very watery and didn't feel good on my skin. I would never order another product from this place again. Bad product and subpar customer service. "
