"This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, no merchant should treat a customer this way and get away with it. I ordered a product and when I realized that it was not the same as what they advertised, I cancelled the order before the order was shipped. My credit card was still charged so I called to request a refund, my card was charged a second time instead of a refund.

I never got an email from them confirming my order or any cancellation that I have made.

Its now been 2 weeks and I have been calling and sending emails and not one has been responding.

"terrible service. They didn't answer emails. The web site said 4 printers were in stock when they were backordered. Ordered the item in April and it came in June. Never received a receipt. Avoid this company "

"I Ordered the edifier s550 surround sound speakers. They were expensive to ship, like 100 dollars but I received them in 4 days from Canada. I live in Ohio. Really Fast shipping! Costumer service was good, nice to be able to call. But email took 2 days for them to respond. but they did!"

"Worst order fulfillment I have ever experienced. It took over a month to finally get all of the product I ordered. I had to initiate contact to get any information on the order such as tracking numbers. I was never sent an invoice. Web site showed that 22 items were available and was sent three different shipments over the course of just over a month to finally get all 22 items. A few days after placing order with no invoice or communication from Shark Systems I asked for for a tracking number for the order. I was told they did not have all 22 items and would be getting a shipment the following week. Initiated contact again to get tracking numbers and status and was told they only had 9 pieces. Told them to send me the 9 pieces, cancel the rest and contact me when the shipment came in for the other items. No response, no response...Then I was told they sent 3 and 6 more were coming to bring total to 9 and others were back ordered. They claimed the full amount from Visa for the order. 3 came in one box, 16 came in another box. took over a week of emails for them to understand they still owed me three pieces. Finally, got the last 3 pieces to bring the process to over a month.

Worst order fulfillment I have ever experienced.

"I recently bought a printer from Shark Systems, and my only disappointment was with their high-priced shipping. Shopping again today, I find I could have bought the same item from several other shops and been charged $6 - $10 for shipping, while these guys tacked on $38.60. It arrived in seven days (pretty quick!) via Canada Post and US Mail, which shouldn't have been all that costly unless there was a really high price for insurane."

"Shark systems offered good service, a competitively priced product, and prompt delivery. The only complaints I have are one, that their checkout process is a bit confusing, i.e. before you are finished shcecking out an invoice is created. When you are finished you are not directed to a order complete page that confirms your payment. So if you entered your credit card info, just wait for it to clear on your bank account. Second of all don't expect to actually speak to a customer service rep, although they were prompt in their replies to email and voicemails. I was often left wondering what exactly was taking place on their end. I will say however, everything worked out great, in fact, when their was confusion and things were slowed down they upgraded my shipping. Now that I have experience with them I would choose them again, just wanted to add a word of caution"

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!

I ordered the Sony BD-5730S-01 on April 1st. I noticed my order status never changed on the website after 3 days so I emailed this store. The gentleman who replied to the email stated that the order went through and would be shipped that day. Well, I recieved no email about tracking or confirmation that it has been shipped. So, after 4 weeks, I tried calling that store. All it has is an automated phone message and says to email them. I sent 3 more emails and recieved no response. I finally did a search and found the owners home number and his finace answered. She took my order info and said he would call back in an hour. Well, it has been 6 days now with no call back or any kind of response. I will be contacting the better bussiness Bureau and report this guy.

"Do NOT deal with this guy. I never received the item. They do not return e-mails or phone calls. Almost two weeks later and no response. Once I did reach a woman by phone who agreed to a refund. Didn't happen. I have escalated this to a PayPal claim and also to the South Central branch of the Better Business Bureau of Ontario.
This has been the worst online experience ever for me by far. Do yourself a big favour and purchase elsewhere.

UPDATE: PayPal came through for me and refunded. I recommend using them. They can save you from guys like this.

"Dealing with shark systems,has been the worst experiance i have ever had,and the nightmare isnt over yet! ordered 3 benq mp782st projectors on 02-14-2011,they said they were in stock and would ship 3day ups,waited a week never saw anything,called talk to the lady who answers their phone she said she has no idea where my stuff is and that she cant be of anymore help to me,she would forward my request to someone but wouldnt tell me who. never heard a thing from anyone,called again 3 more times to find out whats going on same thing she said im sorry i cant help you (WTF) then they wouldnt answer anymore phone calls from me and would not reply to any emails i sent. so i finaly called my credit card company to dispute the charges,as nothing had been sent and they wouldnt even reply to an email. i sent them an email telling them just that and also to cancel my order and put the 3200.00 back on my credit card, now this is march 10th 2011, they send me a shipment notifacation telling me they have one projector and that it has been shipped after i told them not to do so and cancel my order,first of all i dont need 1 projector i needed 3, so when there package shows it will be refused,as i have already ordered other projectors from a reputable company and there already here. these people are the biggest scammers i have ever dealt with, what ever you do dont be a damn fool and spend a penney of your money with them!!!!
