"Ordered Hang it and hear it ear trumpet back in July for $33.98. It is now September and no product received. They did take the money from my PayPal account. Could be a UPS delivery problem or someone stole it from my door step so I will give Shapeways 5 stars "

"I thought I was buying a 3D printed CPU Delid tool. Only one part arrived (Part 1 of 2). This is a two part tool and is useless if one of the parts are missing. The photo showed the whole Item together, parts one and two. Then farther down it said "One part of tool for delidding skylake, devils canyon CPU's. You must buy both parts. Some final sanding maybe needed. But why this would be sold in two parts is beyond me. it is a brand new product and is not something that will work without both parts. Even my invoice shows "3490795 - CPU Delid tool Blue Strong & Flexible Polished 1."

I am not happy that I now have to spend more for part two and have to wait again for the second part to be manufactured and processed. I found this product (The whole thing, parts "one and two" for half the price on another website.
