"Placed my order., website says will ship 1-2 days after 8 days I asked for a tracking #. Juan emailed the next day with tracking #. Package came incomplete no knee pads $30.00. I have tried numerous times to get a response still no response and no knee pads. This order has been going on for 2 weeks now."
