"Was excited about product and was first time using this site. The product a Bella Mini Silicone Wand was defective. Wouldn’t work right on first try. Charged it the full 8 hrs prior to first use and would just shut off. Contacted customer service about it and wanted a refund or a different item. They told me to send the product back for a replacement of same item. I don’t want the same item as the original was horrible. I asked for a credit to apply to a different item and was told no. I have ordered from another site (Pink Cherry) and it was a wonderful purchase experience. Will not use this site or recommend in the future. "
