"Ordered this yesterday. Needed these drives urgently. A day later they cancelled my order under a "manual review" flagging it for fraud even though I used my own card with the same address they already shipped drives to. They said they were afraid of customers ordering and then doing a chargeback. Well I ordered because I needed drives in my server and now they have cost me time and money for absolutely no reason whatsoever as they had no reason to suspect that my business credit card might have been stolen as I already ordered almost the same part just days ago, and they have not only my business address but also my home address, so I will never be using this company ever again. Not only that but the customer service Patrick was incompetent and they DEMANDED to have me MAIL THEM A COPY OF MY PHOTO ID!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Recommend to avoid this company."
"I was having serious issues with 3 year old drives. These guys went above and beyond, and completely replaced my out of warranty drives for brand new ones. Shipped them out overnight without any hassle. Now that's customer loyalty!!! Couldn't recommend them more. "

"Ordered a NIC which they then canceled saying that it was listed at the wrong price on their page. Instead of honoring it, they canceled my order and offered to sell me the NIC at $425 instead of the $50 they had listed on their page. I ordered from them because they were the cheapest on the particular part. Thanks to this my upgrade project will be behind schedule. That isn't their fault but it's quite the inconvenience. I dislike a company who won't honor their listed prices and feels like a bait and switch. Larger companies are usually required to uphold their listed price, mistake or not and unfortunately this company will not. I will say their team (name removed for privacy) was kind enough to call me to let me know that they have canceled and was kind enough to check to see if they had used parts. But in the end I won't deal with a company who won't uphold the price which they have listed."
