"Placed an order for 3 doz. glasses. Was immediately phoned to tell me the shipping was wrong and had to be increased. When I looked closely at the bill, I noticed that the price for the glasses had increased in going from the webpage to check out. The rep OKed the original lower price and I OKed the increase in shipping cost (it was reasonable for such a heaavy item). The glasses arrived quickly and in good condition."
