"Do not deal with SERBAGS - no communication, kept my money and no product. Will not return calls, emails etc. They need to be shut down for taking peoples money. I should have read reviews on this company before I purchased and lost my money."
"First, the bag is solid quality. I have no qualms with the bag at all and glad it came in good shape and of good quality. Because I have no doubt I'd never get to return it if there is an issue.
1) Their website promises shipping in 2 days. It took over 2 weeks, and the bag was in stock per the website.
2) They never responded to an email inquiry.
3) Both phone numbers I could find seemed to ring through to cell phones and the recorded message gave no indication it was Serbags, and was of very poor quality, like poor AM reception. Messages left were ignored, and I'm not sure the numbers belong to this company.
Given the price of their items, I wouldn't risk doing business with them again because they have NO mechanism for customer service at all. "

"Purchased a bag from Serbags, bag broke within the first few weeks of use, emailed and called the company for support, they never responded.
They only responded when started a dispute with my credit card company to reverse the charge, and they refused to do anything at that point.
I recommend looking for a more reputable company to purchase from."
