"Ordered flowers for next-day delivery for a co-worker in the hospital. I only received an update THE NEXT DAY at 9PM that my "order couldn't be completed". I had to call the next morning to check in (he was only going to be in his hospital room for a short time) and they said I'd receive communication around open from the florist so I could figure out if the flowers would even make it. SURPRISE: never received any further communication. Well, except an email 24+ hours later that my flowers had been delivered after 5pm the day AFTER they were supposed to be there. He wasn't even at the hospital any longer.

Contacting support on multiple occasions was terrible. They avoided dealing with me directly, passed the buck and never fixed the issue. "
