"I was working with Windows Vista and needed to debug at the kernel level. I called just in case, talked to someone technical, and they set me up with what I needed. It came quickly, I hooked it up to my USB port, and I was in debug heaven :) Would buy from again. In this day and age when customer service has gone down the drain, these people are polite, informative, and knowledgeable. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with them on the phone. "
