"Great communication all the time. Analysis and numbers were accurate and did not change from original quote. Every time I had a question, they responded immediately. They always ensured that I was completely clear. Verbal and written communications were consistent. Processing documents was very easy. Only thing that could be improved is the amount it time it took to complete the transaction, but I also understand that deed documents processing with the state could be lengthy and in my case, because the developer decided to exercise their Right of First Refusal, it took a little longer than expected. "I can say that Sell my Timeshare Now (SMTN) was a piece of the puzzle that I was missing to actually sell my timeshare and get it out of my hair. Like many people, my first thought was that this is a scam. Even though I had my timeshare up for a few years it did finally sell because someone saw it listed on SMTN.
When signing the contract to list my timeshare, they did say that they would help walk me through the closing process. That part I can’t vouch for. I had to go through that process on my own and there were A LOT of hoops and hurdles to navigate. SMTN just showed up after it was sold saying congratulations."
