"Keep away from this company. They will quote you a higher price than others and then after receiving your phone tell you that they cannot pay you anything because the "specified condition of some items do not match the original quote". The only thing the original quote is based on is questions like "is it functional" and "does it power on" and obviously there is no way for one to know why it does not power on and they can give ANY reason for not paying. They tell you that the phone is "more defective" than what the quote was based on and ask you to pay them for return postage or they will just keep it and supposedly recycle it! Totally misleading business practices clearly geared towards getting your phone without paying anything. Their communication is very prompt until they get your phone and once they tell you they won't pay you, they stop responding to you."
